As Director of Operations at Ridgeline Strategies, I lead a dedicated team focused on developing effective strategies, building strong client relationships, and delivering results that drive long-term success.

When I’m not working with the team, you can usually find me on the golf course or watching football. I enjoy staying connected to sports and appreciate the competition, teamwork, and discipline that carry over into my professional life.
Dylan Vill

Director

A Florida State University graduate with a BS in Economics, he brings a strong analytical mindset, critical-thinking skills, and a passion for continuous learning to the Ridgeline Strategies team. He also holds an AA in Business Administration and Management from Ocean County College, giving him a well-rounded foundation in business and leadership.
Originally from the Jersey Shore, he brings plenty of personality, a competitive spirit, and a love for having fun while working toward success. As a multi-sport athlete in high school, he played football, basketball, baseball, and track, serving as captain of every team. That same drive and team-first mentality continue to shape his approach at Ridgeline, where he enjoys working hard, building relationships, and having fun along the way.
Outside of work, you can find him watching college or NFL football, hitting the golf course on the weekends, or enjoying time with friends. A few fun facts? He won’t go near onions, has a healthy fear of sharks, and brings a Jersey Shore accent that’s hard to miss!
Luke McNamara

A recent graduate of John Carroll University’s Boler School of Business, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with double majors in Supply Chain Management and Marketing, along with a minor in Leadership Development. As a student-athlete, I developed a strong appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and continuous growth, while also building a passion for data analytics, transportation, and logistics.
Today, I serve as a Director at Ridgeline Strategies in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I apply my business background and leadership skills to sales management, team development, and driving results.

Originally from New Jersey, I love all things beach and boating, cooking, Italian food, and watching hockey! Ridgeline has opened so many doors for me, both personally and professionally.
